Builtain started life as a maintenance company that has since grown to include all forms of construction as well as consultancy and management. We now cover most of Greater London and have even started expanding into the country.

Charlie Longe
Managing Director
0203 985 3026Since founding Builtain in 2009, Charlie has seen the company grow exponentially to over fifty employees. With experience in residential sales, short lets, property management and construction since 1999, he is the primary contact for large and specialist projects.
Bose Katuri
Accounts / Business Manager
0203 985 3024Bose comes from a construction background in India and has been with Builtain since 2012. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and oversees the financial and business operations of the company.
Benji Wills
Project Manager
0203 985 3032Benji obtained a BSc with honours in property and marketing. He joined Builtain in 2015 and manages smaller construction projects whilst assisting in the maintenance department.

Operations Executive
